Postobstructive diuresis, especially in solitary kidney or patients with bilateral obstructive urinary stone disease, is a state that requires important follow-up and treatment. In our case study, the management of therapy and follow-up profile of the amount of postobstructive diuresis (> 70 litter urine/day) that has not yet been published in the literature was considered.

Postobstrüktif diürez özellikle soliter böbreği olan veya bilateral tıkayıcı üriner sistem taşı olan hastalarda klinik takip ve tedavi gerektiren önemli bir antitedir. Olgumuzda, literatürde bu güne kadar rastlanmamış postobstrüktif diurez miktarının (günlük 70 litre'yi aşan idrar) tedavisine yaklaşım ve takip profili değerlendirilmiştir.
